I ordered some of these and they aren't quite as pictured in this video. In fact, they are exactly like the ones I can get at Lowe's...designed for a wider cabinet top rail(greater than 3/4"). Kind of disappointed.

This looks like the only hinges of this style that would actually fit the cabinet header board. The others require such a wide board to attach to.

Hi i have a briggs and stratton P2400 model i try to use it on my travel trailer aircon but everytime i turn on my ac the generator bogs down red led on. Should i put a bonded plug on generator and put hard start capacitor on my trailer.you can email me at jonjonaliwalas@yahoo.com. Thanks

hmmm I have one and it doesn 't work like this. I simply cannot hook it up. link 6 will not reach the hook. I can do link 7 and it will flap in the breeze. I have to do link 6 for it to be tight. and removing the bars? nope they don't just come out. I have to move them sideways, shake myself silly. The most difficult thing I've never been able to accomplish. I'd pay 5 figs for one that worked where I could actually use my new trailer. Til then.... my new purchase shall sit.

The people complaining should learn how to set it up properly. Towing a 4000# toy hauler with a Tacoma no problem. The most common problem I think people have is that they don't crank the hitch back up to level BEFORE they attach the spring bars into the cavities. And getting the bars locked requires you to keep the springed pins lubricated with WD40 or such. That way they can retract and spring out into the slot on the bars. I actually watched this trying to get an answer to why the ball on the EazLift isn't perpendicular to the hitch?? Just curious as to why they have to be tilted a couple degrees aft.

My dad bought his first Eaz-Lift hitch from the plant out in San Fernando, CA in 1958. Best hitch ever devised.
